Book a free NHS income review, or a conversation about what the firm is really earning. Tell us where you are and we will come back within one working day.

From the person who would actually look after the firm, not a call handler taking details to pass on to somebody else.
Your structure, your NHS income, your accounting period end and your partners' tax. By video or phone, arranged around court and completion dates rather than ours.
Including "you are already exempt from the report", "your current accountant is doing this well" or "fix these three things before your period end", where that is the honest answer.
Nothing at all, if you would rather just talk. If you want the review to be concrete, the four most useful things are three months of superannuation certificates, the matching NHSBSA payment statements, your last set of accounts, and your current partnership deed. With those we can show you the gap between what you claimed and what arrived, and what the Carr-Hill weighting is assuming about your buying.
It is one letter of engagement from you. We then write to your current accountant for professional clearance and for the records, and pick the work up from there. Two things are worth knowing about timing. The first is that the reconciliations which prescription batch to your next NHS income review are the ones inside the accounting period, so a switch made early in a period is worth considerably more than one made a fortnight before it ends. The second is that if the period end has already gone, the order of work changes: we get the ledgers and the reconciliations straight first, then talk about bookkeeping systems, because the report will be written against what the period actually contained rather than what the firm does from now on.
Remote-first, across the United Kingdom. We do not publish an office address because we do not run a walk-in office — the work happens in your schedules and your ledgers, and a practice in Leeds gets exactly the service one ten minutes away gets.
One point of substance rather than geography: the CPCF settlement figures on this site are for England. Establishment payments were abolished in England but remain in Wales, and Scotland and Northern Ireland negotiate their own community practice contracts. The accounts, tax, VAT and payroll work is the same wherever you are — the reimbursement rulebook is not. If you contract outside England, say so early and we will be explicit about which figures carry across and which do not.
Prefer to talk now? WhatsApp us, or email hello@accountantsforgps.co.uk. If you would rather read first, the free calculators and the compliance calendar ask for nothing at all.
We will not give you clinical or CQC regulatory advice. Performers list matters, clinical governance and CQC registration are for you and your medical defence organisation. We will tell you what a decision costs and how it lands in the accounts. Why we say so up front.
